WHOLE  HOUSE  EVALUATION- IAQ/EMF $570.00
A whole house evaluation includes examining the indoor air quality, electrical and magnetic fields, both inside and outside. A written report is issued and suggestions are made for improvement. Expect the consultant to be present for the entire day. The client would need to be available for the interview and testing.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY EVALUATION- Air $275.00
An indoor air quality evaluation involves several steps and takes approximately four hours. The client is interviewed regarding the concerns. Next an examination of the internal and external area of the house is taken. An investigation is pursued depending on what the initial examination reveals. It is at this point testing would begin. The report is issued within two weeks based on the findings. It may be necessary to do more testing based on the initial findings.

ELECTRICAL AND MAGNETIC FIELDS- EMF $275.00
Our bodies are electrical and influenced by both electrical and magnetic fields. An electrical and magnetic field evaluation can help with health issues which are present within your house. First, I interview the client and then walk through the house. An examination of the electrical system, electrical and magnetic fields, radiation sources and body voltage would be included in this evaluation.

WHOLE HOUSE TOXIN CLEAN OUT-$75
Our goal is to help clients efficiently reduce the toxins in their house. If you have been trying to get rid of toxins in your house but don’t know where to start, we can help. I will come to your house, identify the toxins, suggest replacements, and help you box up what we decide to dispose of. At this time it is up to the client to take them to the proper disposal sites. We can help give you directions as to where to send them.

INDIVIDUAL PHONE CONSULTATIONS-Hourly $70.00
For healthy, green sourcing and for other issues.

*prices do not include lab tests and materials. Prices for lab tests and materials vary with test.

Price includes one hour travel time. Any travel time above one hour is charged at .5 hourly rate with additional cost for gas mileage. We reserve the right to update literature and prices as needed.

LEAD , RADON , ASBESTOS , MOLD
Healthy Home Arts screens for these and will offer the client over-the-counter tests. A recommendation to certified remediation specialist and testers will be made if there are signs of these toxins. It is up to the client to follow up with a certified specialist and pursue the proper remediation steps and Healthy Home Arts, LLC will not be held responsible if the follow through is not pursued. Healthy Home Arts, LLC does not endorse any specific products or methods. Our goal is to help our clients improve their environment and improve their health.
